Chicken Marbella - Ottolenghi Style
Made without gluten | Dairy Free Free range thigh cutlets marinated overnight in wine, oregano and date syrup, then roasted in the marinade with the addition of green olives, medjool dates and capers. Finished with fresh oregano. This would be excellent with orzo or any small pasta, tossed in baby spinach while the pasta is still hot.
