Returns and Refunds Policy

At Casual Foodie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the items have been delivered.

Damaged Goods
In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), if your order arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund for the price of the damaged item(s). To process the refund, we will require photographic evidence of the damage. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Refunds will not be issued if your order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by you at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.

Refund Processing
Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval.
