Mac & Cheese
A favourite with old school macaroni elbows, cheese sauce, plenty of bacon and topped with cheesy crumbs. A crunchy raw veg salad would be excellent with this, or even some sauteed silverbeet (with a little lemon zest) on a cooler night.
