A more wholesome and healthy version of a classic American Chinese takeaway. Our version with roasted free range thigh cutlets skips deep-frying for a lighter take. Well seasoned cutlets are roasted until golden, then coated and braised briefly in a fresh orange glaze made with freshly squeezed orange juice, zest, a little brown sugar , soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
