We pack everything carefully, but if your order doesn’t arrive as it left us, please snap a photo and email us within 48 hours of delivery. If a meal is genuinely damaged or unusable, we’ll happily credit or replace it — no quibbles.
Because our food is perishable, we’re unable to offer refunds for a change of mind. If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, just get in touch — we’re always happy to help.
