A favourite with old school small macaroni elbows, a very cheesy cheese sauce, plenty of bacon and topped with cheesy crumbs. A crunchy raw veg salad would be excellent with this, or even some sauteed silverbeet (with a little lemon zest) on a cooler night. The kids will love it on its own of course.
